摘要

PURPOSE: A novel Bipidobacterium lactic acid bacteria SPM0308 having antibacterial activity against Propionibacterium acnes is provided to specifically suppress the bacteria causing acne. CONSTITUTION: A Bifidobacterium adolescentis SPM 0308(KCTC 11669BP) specifically suppresses the growth of Propionibacterium acnes. An antibacterial composition for treating acne contains the Bifidobacterium adolescentis SPM 0308(KCTC 11669BP) or culture thereof as an active ingredient. A pharmaceutical composition contains the composition as an active ingredient. The Bifidobacterium adolescentis SPM 0308(KCTC 11669BP) is isolated from human excrement.
