PURPOSE: A system and a method for supporting a customized screen are provided to enable flexibly screen customizing without loading an individual program development in a multi-tenant environment. CONSTITUTION: A communication unit(204) performs communication with a terminal. A storage unit](201) includes a first database storing the display setting data of an output picture which is outputted to the terminal and a second database storing the electronic commerce data. An operation unit(200) stores the displaying setting content of output pictures corresponding to the processing in the first database during processing e-commerce. The operation unit establishes e-commerce data which is read form the second database about the processing to set on an output screen and generate output screen data.
