The assembly (1) has a circular shaped tubular threaded neck (3) defining a fluid distributing duct (11), and a base (8) mounted on a wall (2) of a container. A stopper (4) comprises a threaded skirt (5) whose threading is arranged to cooperate with a threading of the neck. An openwork drilling member (7) is movably mounted between two positions, where one position is drilling position. The drilling member is mounted in the neck, and is movable only in axial translation. A projection end fitting (21) i.e. drilling needle, is provided in a central area of the drilling member.
