<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance safety when an occupant carries out an emergency stop operation. <P>SOLUTION: When the occupant carries out the emergency stop operation, a control device for a vehicle controls an IG relay 31 equipped between a vehicle battery and an engine control device 50, so as to stop the power feed to the engine control device 50 (S104), and controls an IGE relay 32 arranged between the vehicle battery and safety system control devices 60-65 mounted on the vehicle for controlling safety equipment, so as to maintain the power feed to the safety system control devices 60-65 for controlling the safety equipment (S106). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
