<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent over-discharge and over-charge, and to accurately determine defects such as a deterioration and an internal short circuit. <P>SOLUTION: In a device for controlling cell parallel connection circuit which detects defects by performing detection and comparison on a state of multiple secondary cell packs connected in parallel, a state detection circuit to detect a current or temperature is provided on a secondary cell pack, and a control circuit limits currents based on the amount of deflection between the prescribed determination value, and deviation observed in at least one of comparison in currents detected by the state detection circuit and comparison in temperatures detected by the state detection circuit. Also, the control circuit calculates a current ratio from currents detected by the state detection circuit and limits currents based on the amount of deflection between the current ratio and the prescribed determination value, while limiting currents based on the amount of deflection between the prescribed determination value and the temperature deviation in the comparison in temperatures detected by the state detection circuit. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
