<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for guiding a portable terminal from a radio commercial or a television commercial to a homepage. <P>SOLUTION: Commercials in programs broadcast by a broadcast station 12 are attached with URL corresponding numbers, and received by acoustic output equipments such as a radio 14 and a television 16. The commercial (acoustic) output by the acoustic output equipment is received by the portable terminal such as a portable phone 18, and the URL corresponding number is reproduced in the portable terminal and transmitted to a management center 20. In the management center, a URL which corresponds to the received number is detected and transmitted to the portable terminal.
