<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform data tracking in case of information leakage on the basis of print data stored in a print server even if the data has been modified by an image forming apparatus for printing. <P>SOLUTION: A data creating apparatus creates print data in a format that can be printed by an image forming apparatus, from document data acquired from an application server, in response to a request from the image forming apparatus. The image forming apparatus includes means for recording a difference of settings generated by changing the settings for print data created by the data creating apparatus, as difference data, and means for transmitting a notice for the completion of processing on the print data together with the difference data after executing the processing. A storage device stores at least one of the print data created by the data creating apparatus and document data corresponding thereto in association with the difference data with respect to the print data recorded by the image forming apparatus. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
