<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus having a circuit board which prevents adverse effect due to impact transmitted from each direction of an apparatus case via supporting members. <P>SOLUTION: A vibration proof rubber 30 is provided between a circuit board 26 and an LCD sheet plate 22. In a digital camera 1 having this structure, impact transmitted from a camera body via an inner member 21 and the LCD steel plate 22 and applied to the circuit board 26 is buffered by the vibration proof rubber 30 provided between the circuit board 26 and the LCD steel plate 22. Thus, unlike a conventional circuit board which is fixed directly to an apparatus case, even if impact transmits to the circuit board from each direction of the camera body via the inner member 21 and the LCD steel plate 22, the impact is buffered by the vibration proof rubber 30 and is not transmitted to an electronic circuit formed in the circuit board 26.
