<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a retreaded tire enabling accurate alignment of a precure tread relative to a base tire and enhancing joint strength between the base tire and the precure tread, and to provide a method of manufacturing the same. <P>SOLUTION: In the retreaded tire, the belt-like precure tread 2 is wound relative to the base tire 1 in which a tread part 11 is ground via a rubber layer 3 for adhesion. At least at one place in a tire width direction of the ground tread part 11 of the base tire 1, a protruded part 4 (or a recessed part) extending in a tire circumferential direction is formed. Meanwhile, in a back face part positioned on the base tire side of the precure tread 2, a recessed part 5 (or a protruded part) engaged with the protruded part 4 (or the recessed part) of the base tire 1 is formed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
