<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide radioactive material containment by which subcritical safety of the containment is improved in addition to neutron shielding performance of a basket. <P>SOLUTION: The radioactive material containment 100 includes: a trunk body 1 and a cover 10 which have sealed structure; and the basket 5 which is stored in the trunk body 1 to hold fuel assembly. In addition, the basket 5 is constituted by comprising a neutron shielding material.
