<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a condenser microphone unit having a diaphragm assembly of which a diaphragm does not adhere to a fixed pole even when a polarization voltage is increased. <P>SOLUTION: The condenser microphone unit comprises a diaphragm assembly 1 made by stretching a diaphragm 12 over a diaphragm support 10, and a fixed pole 20 disposed opposite to the diaphragm assembly 1 through a spacer. An opening 10a for stretching the diaphragm 12 so as to be capable of vibrating is formed on the diaphragm support 10. The diaphragm 12 is stretched over the diaphragm support 10 in a state of forming a centrally concave curved plane, and the concave curved plane is disposed opposite to the fixed pole 20. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
