<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new therapeutic strategy against inflammatory diseases. <P>SOLUTION: An anti-inflammatory agent comprising, as an active ingredient, Gr-1- and CD11b-positive myeloid cells is provided.
