<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively prevent the appearance from being impaired due to a gate trace, in an injection molded product having a reverse-tapered side peripheral wall. <P>SOLUTION: In the synthetic resin molded product, the molded product 1 includes an apex wall, the side peripheral wall hung down from a peripheral end of the apex wall, and an outer peripheral surface of the side peripheral wall in the form of a reverse-tapered shape tilted obliquely inside downward. The gate trace 7 to be formed by injection molding is located on a lower end surface side of the side peripheral wall. In injection molding of the molded product, a mold 51 is used having a lateral groove part 54 formed on a second cavity mold 53 forming the outer peripheral wall of the side peripheral wall, and a slide core fitted in the lateral groove part so as to be slidably retreated, and a runner communicating with an under gate type gate located below the lower end surface of the side peripheral surface of the molded product from an abutting surface of the second cavity mold 53 with a first cavity mold 52 corresponding to the upper end of the side peripheral surface of the molded product is formed with the use of the lateral groove part and the slide core. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
