摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow paste, which is used for a plasma display panel, to form a metal bus electrode from the same material while maintaining electrode quality regardless of a state of a background of the metal bus electrode. <P>SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a plasma display panel, including the step of forming an electrode and a dielectric layer on at least one substrate. An electrode material for forming an electrode contains at least a first glass material and a second glass material. A first glass material softening point is higher than a softening point of the second glass material, and a difference between the softening points of the first glass material and the second glass material is from 5&deg;C or higher to 30&deg;C or lower. The step of forming the electrode includes the steps of applying the electrode material onto substrate, and burning the electrode material applied onto the substrate.
