<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ramp member and a magnetic disk device in which gimbal displacement generated by application of impact when unloaded to ramp can be suppressed. <P>SOLUTION: The ramp member includes: a limiter tab sliding part comprising a sliding limiter tab provided at a gimbal mounted on a magnetic head and a limiter tab sliding surface 421 in contact with in a retraction area used as a stop position; and a pressing part 511 which, in the retraction area, receives a restoration force generated by the spring property of the limiter tab as a pressing force against the limiter tab sliding surface. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
