<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display input device that is capable of configuration change of software depending on operation modes and shortening of start-up time depending on software configurations. <P>SOLUTION: A display input device according to the invention includes a display unit, a connection unit, and a control unit. The device further includes a storage unit for storing a control program that is executed by the control unit and control information that is used by the control program. The control program includes a main control program that includes prescribed functions and sub-control programs that are used as auxiliary programs of the main control program. The display input device also includes a start-up control unit for performing start-up control in starting up the display input device. The start-up control unit firstly reads out the main control program, then discriminate the sub-control programs that are necessary for use of the control information stored in the storage unit. On the basis of the result of the discrimination, the start-up control unit reads out only sub-control programs that are necessary. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
