PURPOSE: A photoelectric device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to form an electrode having high transmittance and low resistance by rearranging a conductive material into a grid structure by a rapid thermal process. CONSTITUTION: A conductive material layer having transparency is formed on a transparent substrate using a physical vapor deposition process(S100). The surface of the conductive material layer is patterned to a crenellated shape(S110). A first electrode is formed by rapidly executing treating the conductive material layer having the surface which is patterned to the crenellated shape by heating(S120). A photoelectric layer having a shape in which a plurality of semiconductor layers is laminated on the first electrode(S130). A second electrode is formed on the photoelectric layer(S140). |
