PURPOSE: An optic microscope with an automatic focusing system is provided to observe a sample in rapid by automatically searching the focus position of a microscope lens. CONSTITUTION: In an optic microscope with an automatic focusing system, an optical section comprises a lighting part(12), an optical zoom telescopic part(14), and a camera part(16). The optical zoom telescopic part generates the enlarged image of a sample. The device includes an electrical height adjusting part(20), a manual height adjusting part(22), an XY- stage(26), and a stand(28). The manual height adjusting part passively controls the height of the optical zoom telescopic part. Calculation and controller(30) comprise a video input part(32), an electric synchronization block(34), an output unit(40), an operation and imaging station(42).
