HANDOVER PERFORMED IN CONSIDERATION OF UPLINK/DOWNLINK COMPONENT CARRIER SETUP

PURPOSE: A method for performing handover considering an uplink/downlink component carrier setup is provided to perform handover in a wireless communication system which supports collecting carrier wave. CONSTITUTION: An RF(Radio Frequency) module(1035) receives a message including a signature root sequence index, a circular shift parameter, and component carrier wave related information of a target cell from a source base station. The RF module transmits a random access signature to the target base station. A microprocessor(1010) processes the message including the signature root sequence index, the circular shift parameter, and the component carrier wave related information of a target cell. The microprocessor prepares the random access signature corresponding to the signature root index and the circular shift parameter.
