PURPOSE: A balance operation device for a film cutting system is provided to correct a lateral error, caused by bending, by correcting the rotational degree and direction of an upper frame. CONSTITUTION: A balance operation device for a film cutting system comprises a lower frame(110), an upper frame(120), a guiding roller(150), a rodless cylinder(140), a tension roller(160), and a regulating unit(130). The upper frame is installed in the lower frame to rotate and is located on the upper of lower frames. A side plate(125) is parked on both sides of the upper frame. The guiding roller is installed in the side plate to rotate. The guiding roller is located between both surveying tables. The guiding roller guides a film. A guide(143) of the rodless cylinder reciprocates up and down. While the tension roller is transferred to the top and bottom, the tension of film is adjusted. The regulating unit controls the turning degree of the upper frame.
