PURPOSE: A motor and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to arrange a power source connection part and a stator core as one body through an insert injection process, thereby reducing manufacturing hours. CONSTITUTION: One or more resin inflow hole parts are respectively arranged in a plurality of stimulation cores. The multiple stimulation cores and yoke cores are prepared(S100). The stimulation core is arranged by compressing a plurality of stimulation core plates in up and down directions. The yoke core is arranged by compressing a plurality of yoke core plates in up and down directions. The stimulation core and yoke core are arranged in the inside of an injection mold. The inside of the resin inflow hole part is filled with plastic resin. A power supply protection plate is arranged in both sides of the stimulation core and yoke core as one body. A stator is arranged by an insert injection process(S200). A coil is wound in the stator(S300).
