APPARATUS FOR CONTROLING RIGIDITY OF DEBURRING TOOL

PURPOSE: A rigidity regulating device of a deburring tool is provided to control the size of chamfer generated when removing various materials of burr, by changing the rigidity of a deburring too. CONSTITUTION: A rigidity regulating device(A) of a deburring tool(DG) comprises a rigidity regulating body(1), a tool inserting hollow(2), and first and second bolt fixing holes(3,4). The tool inserting hollow holds the body of the deburring tool. The tool inserting hollow is formed on the central part of the rigidity regulating body in a cylinder shape. In order that the body of the deburring tool inserted into the tool inserting hollow is fixed, a first bolt(11) is inserted and fixed from one side of the rigidity regulating body to the tool inserting hollow through the first bolt fixing hole. In order that the vibration of the deburring tool decreases, a second bolt(12) is inserted and fixed from the other side of the rigidity regulating body to the tool inserting hollow through the second bolt fixing hole.
