PURPOSE: A device for diagnosing a disease with the amount of final glycated substances using auto skin fluorescence is provided to diagnose self-fluorescence of a skin, thereby easily diagnosing a diabetic disease. CONSTITUTION: A first light source(11b) emits light whose wavelength is between 350 and 400nm. A second light source(11a) emits white light for measuring a reflective spectrum in a visible ray wavelength area. A probe unit includes an optical fiber channel for a light source(21) connected to the light sources and an optical fiber detection channel(22).
