PURPOSE: An image device for locating a color filter is provided to simplify the structure of an image device through the partition of a color filter area and change the location of the color filter. CONSTITUTION: A color filter(100) is divided to one or more areas(101~104). The light corresponding to set wavelength area passes through the color filter. A main lens(110) is located in the front side or the rear side of the color filter. The main lens passes through the light. An optical unit(120) changes the angle of the color filter. The optical unit supplies the light to an image sensor(130).
