PURPOSE: A system and a method for providing a video are provided to compensate a service quality even if handoff from a first communication network to a second communication network is completed during a video real time reproduction. CONSTITUTION: A second streaming server(300(b)) on a real time basis transmits characteristic information per video and frame which is requested from the frame of eth confirmed location. A mobile terminal(400) receives feature information of a video per frame and the video from the first streaming server. If with only a second communication is handed off during reproducing the received video, the mobile terminal transmits the feature information of the video frame which is stopped reproducing to a second streaming server. |
