PURPOSE: An image creation apparatus, image creation method, printing establishment method of an image creation apparatus, and computer readable recording medium are provided to reduce the burden of a user in a sheet handling work using a sheet handling method. CONSTITUTION: A memory unit(233) stores the sheet handling method of an image creation processing which includes a printing function establishment processing. A control unit(231) displays an establishment screen which selects the sheet handling method and a printing function on a display unit(21). When the sheet handling method is selected, the control unit acquires a function restriction instruction content corresponding to the selected sheet handling method. The control unit displays an establishment screen based on the function restriction instruction content on the display unit.
