<p>PURPOSE: A part programming device for a compound lathe and a method for generating a synchronization program between compound processes are provided to enable a nonexpert to accurately make a part program by successively setting a tool, a process, a synchronization control, and checking a process path. CONSTITUTION: A data memory unit(20) stores machine data, process data, tool data, cutting condition data, material data, process strategic data, wide-area data, and synchronization data used in a part program making unit. A system memory unit generates the part program with a synchronization code using data from an input unit and stores a module for simulating a process and transmitting and receiving a file. A communication unit(50) is connected to a numerical control device and external internet and transmits and receives the part program or numerical control device monitoring data. A system control unit(70) is connected to each elements and controls the system.</p> |
