CONSTITUTION: A member subscription unit(21) inputs member subscription information from a user and stores inputted information in member information DB(24). A coupon information DB(26) stores coupon information according to each online game. A usage detail collector(22) stores collected information in usage detail DB(25) after collecting user online game usage information.
