PURPOSE: A muscle strengthening shoe is provided to increase walking time by enabling a user to walk in an inclined path. CONSTITUTION: A main midsole(100) is combined with the lower side of the uppers of leather and includes a midsole groove(110). The main midsole is contacted with a wedge(200). The wedge unit has a steep gradient and a gentle gradient. The wedge has a height to strengthen a muscle motion along the direction of a force. An outsole(300) has an outsole groove and an outsole protrusion(320). |
