PURPOSE: A three-dimensional image display device and driving method thereof are provided to temporally divide display timing of left-eye image data and right-eye image data and spatially divide the display location thereof. CONSTITUTION: A control circuit(11) temporally divides the display timing of left-eye image data and right-eye image data. The control circuit spatially divides the display location of left-eye image data and right-eye image data. A display device displays the divided left eye image data and right-eye image data. A liquid crystal shutter glasses(18) closes and opens a left eye shutter and a right eye shutter.
