PURPOSE: An optimum operating system and an optimum operating method of a refrigerator through a building energy management system are provided to optimally operate a refrigerator by analyzing the state information of the refrigerator using a building energy management system. CONSTITUTION: An optimum operating system of a refrigerator through a building energy management system comprises an equipment unit(100), a building energy management system server(200), and an automatic control unit(300). The equipment unit confirms the state information of a refrigerator and converts the state information into digital data. The converted digital data is transferred to the building energy management system server. The building energy management system server analyzes the transferred state information of the refrigerator and transfers the analyzed data to the automatic control unit. The automatic control unit controls the operation of the refrigerator according to the analyzed data.
