<p>PURPOSE: A temporary medium storing apparatus is provided to easily control storage and the dispatch operation of a medium. CONSTITUTION: A drum(10) winds or rewinds tapes(51,52) together with a medium. A reel(30,40) only winds or rewinds the tape by being interlocked with respect to the rotation of the drum. A motor(20) drives the rotation of the reel and drum. A first one-way clutch(22) transfers the rotation of the motor to the drum only in a case when a rotational direction of a motor shaft(21) of the motor is a rotational direction of a medium storage process. A second one-way clutch(24) transfers the rotation of the motor to the reel only in a case when the rotational direction of the motor shaft is a rotational direction of a medium dispatch process. A torque limiter(33,43) is included between the reel and reel shafts(31,41) and maintains the tape with fixed tension. A third one-way clutch(34) and fourth one-way clutch(44) are combined in the reel shaft. The third one-way clutch and fourth one-way clutch allow the rotation of the reel shaft in a winding direction and prevent the rotation of the reel shaft in a rewinding direction. A power transmission device connects between the second one-way clutch and reel shaft and between the first one-way clutch and drum shaft.</p> |
