A TOUCH SCREEN DEVICE, A DRIVING DEVICE AND A DRIVING METHOD FOR A TOUCH PANEL

PURPOSE: A touch screen device, a driving device and a driving method for a touch panel are provided to reduce the driving time of the touch screen device and prevent malfunction by an external noise by applying an autocorrelation to the driving device of the touch screen device. CONSTITUTION: A touch panel includes an operation and sensing signals, and node capacitors. A driver circuit(200) outputs the drive waveform which is mixed by the drive waveform of the first and the second mode charging the node capacity to a positive or negative voltage as the synchronizing signal line. A sense circuit(300) measures the sensing voltage which is delivered from node capacities to an integration capacitor. A sensing recognition unit(500) computes the sensing voltage according to the start address and measure capacitance corresponding to the node capacity.
