PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system capable of easily creating data to disclose a part of content and easily managing the created data.

SOLUTION: An image processing apparatus 2 constructing a conference system SY includes: a secret BOX creation part 212 for creating a secret BOX 203b which only conference attendants are allowed to access; a secret data storage part 215 for storing data used among the conference attendants in the secret BOX 203b; a disclosure data creation part 217 for creating a part of data to disclose a part of content of the data stored in the secret BOX 203b; a disclosure BOX creation part 213 for creating a disclosure BOX 203j which people other than the conference attendants are allowed to access; a disclosure data storage part 218 for storing a part of data in the disclosure BOX 203j; and a disclosure data transmission part 219 for providing a part of data stored in the disclosure BOX 203j to the people other than the conference attendants.
