PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately restrict transmission of e-mail materials to a source contact from which the e-mail materials were obtained at the time of sending e-mail using e-mail materials.

SOLUTION: A central control part 1 restricts transmission of e-mail using e-mail materials associated with the source contact thereof on the basis of source contacts stored in an e-mail material storage part M3, in which source contacts showing from where e-mail materials used in an e-mail to be sent from a radio communication part 4 were acquired and e-mail materials are stored being associated with each other.
