<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for producing a carbonized material, which effectively uses heat generated during recovery of a carbonized material from a polymer-based waste. <P>SOLUTION: The apparatus for producing a carbonized material thermally decomposes a polymer-based waste 1 and recovers a carbonized material. The apparatus for producing a carbonized material includes a thermal decomposition furnace 2 that stores the polymer-based waste 1 inside and thermally decomposes the polymer-based waste 1 to generate a pyrolysis gas, a cooling and separating means for recovering an oil from the pyrolysis gas and separating a circulating gas from the oil, a gas circulation means for supplying the circulating gas to the thermal decomposition furnace 2 to circulate the gas, and a heat exchanger 3 for heating the circulating gas by heat which a gas after contact with the polymer-based waste 1 has. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
