<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a process editor function for easily inputting production control data in a production line simulation device. <P>SOLUTION: A production line simulation device calculates a production time and a production capacity for a product in a production line composed of plural processes. A process editor part 40 creates supplied material data on a material supplied to the process, discharged material data on a material discharged from the process, and production control data including at least a required time in the process for each process. The process editor part 40 creates a process cell object displaying at least a part of the production control data for each process. The process editor part 40 displays a supplied lot area including the number of the supplied materials into each process and a discharged lot area including the number of the discharged materials from each process on a process cell, and links the discharge lot area with the supplied lot area between plural processes, thereby representing a flow between the processes. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
