<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic thin film solar cell in which a plurality of photoelectric conversion layers are laminated through an intermediate layer, having a novel intermediate layer and high opening voltage value. <P>SOLUTION: In an organic thin film solar cell, a plurality of photoelectric conversion layers 3 and 5 are formed between a first electrode layer 2 and a second electrode layer 6 and an intermediate layer 4 is formed between the adjacent photoelectric conversion layers. The plurality of photoelectric conversion layers includes an electron donor material having absorption maximum wavelength with a difference of 50 nm or more from each other, and the intermediate layer includes aluminum doped zinc oxide. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
