<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve processing capacity of an entire information processing device by controlling priority in process units. <P>SOLUTION: The information processing device is provided with a bus (25) for data transmission and a plurality of function modules (10, 11, 12, 20, 22 and 23) which has a processing function which performs each process as a processing unit and can issue a data transmission request to the bus. And the device is provided with a process identification information holding unit (101, 111, 121, 201, 221, and 231) which can hold process identification information set for each process in association with the function module processing the process. Further, the device is provided with a bus arbiter (26) which determines the priority of processing of each piece of the process identification information that corresponds to the data transmission request from the function module, and arbitrates contention of the data transmission requests to the bus according to the priority.
