<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polycarbonate resin excellent in optical characteristics, hue, heat stability and machine physical properties, and a transparent film made of the same. <P>SOLUTION: The polycarbonate resin has a glass transition temperature of 110°C or more and 150°C or less, and a reduced viscosity of 0.30 or more and 0.46 or less in a methylene chloride solution having a concentration of 0.6 g/dL at 20°C. The film obtained by molding the resin has a ratio of 0.50 or more and 0.93 or less between the phase difference (Re450) measured at the wavelength 450 nm and the phase difference (Re550) measured at the wavelength 550 nm. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
