<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-voltage power supply device capable of enabling output current detection means to accurately detect an amount of output current (amount of load current) flowing to load. <P>SOLUTION: A high-voltage power supply device 1 comprises: output current detection means 8 which is connected to a transformer 4 for supplying an output voltage obtained by boosting an input voltage to a load and a secondary terminal of the transformer 4 and which detects an amount of current (amount of load current) flowing to a load 9 and current amount correction means 7 which is connected between a primary terminal of the transformer 4 and the output current detection means 8 and which corrects the amount of the current detected by the output current detection means 8. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
