SURFACE MODIFICATION TREATMENT AGENT AND METHOD OF THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new surface modification treatment agent and surface modification treatment method that allows free control on car body surface adsorption of amino-modified silicone with an easy method, and control of the water repellency.

SOLUTION: This surface modification treatment agent is used as a coating liquid for surface modification treatment by dilution with water. The surface modification treatment agent contains a surfactant and amino-modified silicone produced by neutralizing and modifying an amino group with inorganic acid or the like. The surfactant is a combined system of one or more nonionic surfactants and one or more amphoteric surfactants. The content of each of them is 1-20%.
