<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and a method capable of detecting abnormality generated in a blank time when the collimation of an automatic tracking type total station makes a circuit. <P>SOLUTION: A track monitoring device includes the automatic tracking type total station to be installed at a fixed point, a plurality of observation points to be installed on a track and sleepers, inclinometers to be installed on the sleepers, and a computer for fetching respective signals. An observation point group at two or more positions are collimated in a circuit in the automatic tracking type total station, the inclinations of the respective sleepers are measured in the inclinometers, and the signals of the automatic tracking type total station and the inclinometers are inputted to the computer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
