A detection resistor is connected in parallel to two terminals that are to be measured. The values of currents following through the detection resistor are measured, and the measured current values are time-integrated. Further, the current value as integrated is divided by the integration time, thereby determining an average current value that is an average of the current values. The average current value is then converted to a digital signal, which is then transmitted to a calculation means (processor). The calculation means calculates, from the average current value and the resistance value of the detection resistor, a voltage value across the two terminals. |
