PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microfluid device with a discharge mechanism with a microchip simpler to meter and handle a very small amount of a sample and fitted to miniaturization and a taking-out method of the sample from a microflow channel in the microchip. SOLUTION: In the microfluid device with the discharge mechanism with the microchip, which is equipped with at least one microflow channel through which a substance flows, a port for discharging the substance outside of the microflow channel and the absorber provided to the inside surface of the microflow channel, and a laser beam emitter, the absorber is constituted so as to absorb the laser beam from the laser beam emitter to heat the liquid in the microflow channel to form air bubbles to discharge the substance present in the microflow channel to the outside of the microflow channel.
