PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery pack for reducing a cost increase due to a balance circuit. SOLUTION: The battery pack 100 is obtained by connecting parallelly a plurality of bipolar batteries 10 formed by connecting a plurality of chargeable/dischargeable single cells in series. It has the balance circuit 71 commonly connected in parallel to single cell layers 15 which are connected in the same order in the series connections of the bipolar batteries 10, and regulating a potential difference between the single cell layers 15 in the bipolar batteries 10.
