<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal connection structure of a circuit board with which a terminal can be mechanically connected to a circuit board while the circuit board is electrically connected with the terminal without an increase of the number of components. <P>SOLUTION: A structure of a connection between a circuit board 100 and a terminal 200 made of metal material is provided. The circuit board 100 comprises: an insulating base material 30 containing at least a thermoplastic resin; and a wiring section that is provided on the insulating base material 30 and includes a laminated conductor pattern 10 and an interlayer connection section 20 at least a part of which is electrically connected with the conductor pattern 10. A part of the terminal 200 is disposed inside the insulating base material 30. The terminal 200 and a part of the wiring section (interlayer connection section 20) are connected electrically, and the thermoplastic resin in the insulating base material 30 is closely connected to the part of the terminal 200 disposed in the insulating base material 30. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
