<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an actuator in which high accuracy and high output have been realized. <P>SOLUTION: This actuator comprises: a supporting mechanism 106 which is concentrically arranged on the both ends of an output shaft 201 in a frame 101, and freely supports in a linear movement direction and a rotational direction; a motor part 100a which is concentrically arranged between the output shaft 201 and the supporting mechanism 106 in a longitudinal direction to the output shaft, and drive the output shaft 201 in the linear movement direction and the rotational direction; a first detecting part 404 which is arranged in the supporting mechanism 106 for supporting the linear movement direction, and detects an angle of the rotational direction; and a second detecting part 402 which is arranged through a holder 106c for rotatably supporting the output shaft, and detects displacement of the linear movement direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
