<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a red photosensitive resin composition that is capable of ensuring film thickness uniformity when laser beam is used as an exposure light source so as to enable practical use of a scanning exposure system with a small mask. <P>SOLUTION: A red photosensitive resin composition at least comprises a red colorant, a resin, a polymerizable monomer, a photoinitiator and a solvent, and provides red pixels by a photolithography method including a proximity exposure process using laser beam as a light source. In the solid matter of the red photosensitive resin composition, the contents of the polymerizable monomer and the photoinitiator are 5-15 wt.% and 2-5 wt.%, respectively. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
