<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sluice valve in which structural strength of a fluid pipe is maintained and sealing performance can be secured even if a borehole is bored. <P>SOLUTION: The sluice valve 10 includes a case 2 for sealingly covering the outer periphery of a fluid pipe 1, a boring device 50 inserted via a communication part 12a communicated with the inside of the case 2, for boring a borehole Q for the fluid pipe 1 along the peripheral direction, and a valve body 60 supported removably in the case 2 and in the fluid pipe 1 via the borehole Q, and allows a fluid passage to be blocked by moving the valve body 60 in the fluid pipe 1 to be elastically deformed.
